I would like to lay a complain about your department. We have been standing here since 7.30 am till now its 12.57am.

Queues r not moving, staff go on lunch, securitys get bribes from people to skip the queues.

Only one staff member workin busy with collection.

Its hurting and painful to wait this long for just to make a death cetificate.
Please fix your department.
