Kindly assist with information about how ACDP is putting pressure on DHA to correct the backlog of applications.
I am a South African married to a temporary resident who has been waiting for his renewal and permanent residency application. Our lives are on hold because he does not have any current permits in his passport. The TRR application was done more than 2 months before expiry and we are now waiting for more than a year.
Could you also put pressure as the other parties are putting pressure.
