Good day sir,in 2016 12 September I got injured at work . I broke my nose ,I was hospilised for two weeks and after my injurey l went to the department of labour .They told me to go and ask the hospital for my medical report ,the hospital said that they already sent the report,but the department of labour never received it.So I would like to know what I should do now.
