Mama my name is Ayanda Mpofu staying in Samora Machel Cape town .I bought RDP house 2012 July .The house amount was 60.000 and the value of the house was far less than purchased amount then. Because I'm a domestic worker and I didn't have that amount of money the owner agree that I must pay him deposit of R35.000 and the balance of 25.000 I LL pay on installments of 2000 monthly cause he was no longer staying in Cape Town he could not wait for subsidy because it was going to take long. I also applied for housing subsidy through attorneys.We agree that transfer will take place when I finish paying . It happened that the owner died and I have finished paying the house before he died all to find out my house was not transferred to my name.The struggling and the stress I was with my house I wish no one to go through that.The deeds of sale states I applied for subsidy of 88.000 which I LL pay the attorney, water.rest will extend the house because I've got family .the RDP house I bought is 4 m big no room just open space I even extend with iron sheets infront .
The subsidy was approved Nov 2013 amount is,R96,362 I've got the proof in my file.Anyway the attorneys only managed to transfer the house 2017 , since then I've been digging for my Subsidy .My problem is 21 Aug 2019 yesterday they deposit 60.000 to the attorneys account which the attorney will transfer to my bank account
Today I've sent Marlene Williams asking where is the balance of my Subsidy and she said I must ask Desree Jacobs I mean what's going on to our country...so I'm waiting for Desree to answer me where the balance of my Subsidy that was approved under my name is going to.
