I hope you are well! I am writing as I would like to receive my South African Passport, which I applied for in October of 2023.

I saw that you were recently in KwaZulu Natal due to the Tornado and it was a pleasure to hear and see you mention the importance of having these vital documents. As you mentioned, we live in 2024 and I am intrigued to hear more about your plan to establish an online system that has efficient timelines and processes. Ms. Santiago with The South African Embassy in Washington D.C. has been very helpful in working with home affairs and keeping me informed of the process.

Given so much time has passed since my application was submitted in October 2023, I wanted to reach out and see if there is something that can be done to help me with this. I would be happy to schedule time to discuss further.
