Hi sir. I hope you are good. Sir my request is. That my dad is a citizen of south africa, were as i am an asylum seeker for the last 10 years. I am engaged to my fiance for the last 5 years and we have a daughter who is turning 3 in october. Sir we have tried many times to get married in home afairs legal way but everytime we were rejected. I am a law abiding citizen in south africa with no criminal record. What is my step forwarded for this whole situation foward please advice me. As i am now helpless .
