I hope this finds you well. Congratulations on your appointment.
I am writing to seek your assistance on 2 fronts, one is on my childs application for a relative pernit which we had submitted since August 2022 and to date, I am yet to receive an outcome. All efforts to get a response hasn't proved much or to no avail-it really has been challenging and wondering when this will be resolved.
Addtionally, what should be expected for those who have been approved for Naturalization after induction and not received any correspodence.

I will appreciate your assistance in this regard and hope that a resolve will be available at the earliest.
