We contacted various department earlier about the manufacturing of masks for free for the department, but no one is getting back to us

To clarify further we are THE WIG FACTORY, locally base industry in Johannesburg south Africa.. We manufacture hair extensions with the use of machines, but due to the insufficient and sold out pretective gear like masks, and knowing the government need support in this CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC (COVID-19) season we can assist with this production of masks.



We have the expertise, man power, Machinery and the knowledge to manufacture this protective gear (FACE MASKS) , we have produced a few samples from the scratch which we have attached in this email, but our only challenges are the materials.



The samples we attached we made out of Hydrophilic Waterproof Spunbond Non Woven Fabric and Spandex elastic which is world health organization (WHO) compliance.



This material is lightweight, soft, water repellent but breathable and is an antibacterial agent which will sufficiantly protect against any virus in the air or in water. Although it is technically disposable but it is durable for more than a single use....



This is just our way of assisting the government and our people in this critical time we all are going through, we hope the you can assist in letting our voice heard by the department. we are willing to give all our 100%, expertise, man power, labour, machinery, assistance and support for the realization of production for the people in need.
