i am literally on my knees begging , my daugther passport and id card was stolen in france after may hours back and forth from french police and embasey and home affairs in Geneva we got amazing help from Hellen Tjatji and she couriered the documentation to
230 johannes ramoahoase street for attention philip Rambuda , but i have been trying for 12 days and phoned more then 6 diff nrs and email more then 20 people and not one phone called was pick up , or emailed answered , i am a wreck and begging who can help
all i want to know was it received , its it in process please please please please
