I am married to a South African, have two South African children, pay south African tax, employ south Africans, am contributing to South African climate change measures and would like to continue to the countries long term future. However, in September it will be 4 years since I applied for a permanent residence visa and I have yet to receive a decision. I have been contacting your offices (and VFS) regularly for the last 2.5 years to ask about progress, and to ask about assistance, but as yet have had no success. Please help!
