Human settlement HOD Mme Phaladi in Bloemfontein)Free State) gave me the stand in 2019,then I stayed there with the shack of someone it is a double packing,I stayed there,then towards the end of last year 2020 she gave us the stand numbers and I was at work,and one of the committee calls me and tell me that I should phone her,then I go to her and told me that settlement HOD hand out the stand numbers and she told me that I must go to them, then when I get there,the HOD tell me that she took the stand from me because the hearsay says I am not staying there ,I tried to explain but she does not listen to me. Now she want to demolish my incomplete building, My dissatisfaction is that
1.She took me out of municipal woonstel and give me the stand and now she want to throw me out to the street
2.She throw me out of the stand because of lies of hearsay .
3.She didn't inform us about the handing out of stand numbers because she was preparing for the elections of the ward councillor and I was at work.
4.She doesn't want to talk to me even when the people she send to me asked her
5.She send me the letter to demolish my incomplete building with in 48hours and give me the letter and tell those people that I must sign it where as I tell them that I am waiting for the appointment date with the city manager.
The human settlement HOD staff by the name of Ntate Thabiso tell me that he is going to sign that letter if I didn't signed it,I don't know what power he got.
6. Human settlement keeps on promising for giving us the stand but they didn't,I was the secretary of all the woonstel residents committee and I have all the letters that we wrote to the human settlement since from 2017 until now.
7.HOD gave me the stand because they were preparing for municipal elections and again she gave us the stand numbers because they were preparing for the ward councillor.
Please Mme Lindiwe Sisulu I am asking for your help as a mother of nations,I want to make a shelter for my children I am not killing someone.
