Could you please help me. Iam working as a social worker in Port Elizabeth, I have a need to be transferred to Cape Town. The reason is this my son has a hole in the heart. Iam attending my son's check ups at a hospital here in Cape Town. During my son's check ups Ihave to pay a lot of money for accommodation and the doctor this makes me to struggle financially . My husband is a pastor he has been transferred to Cape Town at his work because of this reason. If I could get a transfer atleast I could minimise costs. The HOD of the Eastern Cape Province has approved my transfer to this side. But here in Cape Town Social Development they don't do transfers. I even applied for vacancies for social workers but I have not been taken. Could you please assist me if I need to provide my son's condition from the doctors, I could do that
