I,Chandrin Russouw have typed a letter to Bheki Cele (People Assembly) regarding University admission, entry and lockout.

I am a South African citizen.I got admission in C.P.U.T (Cape Peninsula University of Technology) in Human Resource Management and got placed in D 3 extend(cartoon or dimensional thinker) from 2016 admission.I was sent a respond back since the (lockout) which gave me admission into U.C.T fin-tech disruption in Finance course.

The course began on the 31st of May.I got accepted, registered with an invoice and information was given and distributed and as the week continued information was given .A payment was requested but I would like Nsfas acceptance to make payment.of R13.900.
I would like to continue with Fin-tech-Disruptions currently in course and shortly after the course.I will seek a job in similar field to make payment finalized to be in the field of training which it offers.
