My wife and I applied during February 2025 for our Smart ID Cards in Klerksdorp. My wife received hers, but I am still waiting for mine.
The offices in Klerksdorp can't be reached telephonically. One has to go into the offices to make an appointment and then come back at the later appointment date and time, just to hear - It is still under review. This doesn't make sense. Can anyone help to resolve this please. My bank also can't help because they are informed that I already applied.
