This is a follow up to a land acquisition application for state land parcels occupied by Fairbairn community dwellers in Balfour, Eastern Cape since 31 March 2001.

I act on behalf of this community being their public representative serving ward 9 at Raymond Mhlaba L.M.

We have been writing to the functionaries of your department at the provincial offices in vain since 2001.
Can you intervene as we have just sent another email to your office on Mon, 22/02/'21 of which no acknowledgement of receipt was done to us.
