Dear Mr Leon Amos Schreiberei

I am a proudly born South African Women. I married my husband legally in 2019. This year is going to be 5 years we happily married , but due to finances last year and me losing my job he over stayed his visa and was banned from South Africa. We understand that this was wrong and we appeal the ban and showed our marriage certificate and wrote to the department of home affairs it’s going to be one year till date no response from the department of home affairs no reply to my emails.

I am heavily pregnant and it’s going to be very close to me being evicted because the financial situation at home has become drastically bad because my husband is not allowed to enter to support our family.

I emailed Mr Modiri Matthews many times and he has being helping me he has mention that this matter is in Mr Makwale Moganedi , however after many days and weeks of trying to get a response from him is really hard.
Please try to assist me in my situation as I am going to lose my home and my unborn child will not have a home nor his father here to support him.

In desperate need of assistance.
