Good day

Mbuso Snowboy Mnisi speaking here, application number TRR148917A.
Living in Consulate place, Gqeberha, Central, 6001

I am a compliant foreign national from swaziland who applied for an extention of my critical skills Visa, however it was rejected on 03/06/26.

For the past 10 years I have been compliant in renewing my Visa applications and have maintained good standing accross SARS, ECSA (engineering acrediting body) and have been a law abiding foreigner.

I write this to appeal my rejected Visa extention so I may continue performing my duties at Jendamark. I experienced delays in waiting for my Visa application documents which led to my late application.

I have an urgent trip to the US lined up to install one of our assembly lines and as the Industrial Engineer for the line I am concerned this outcome will prevent me from performing my duties at work. My US Visa interview date is on the 29/06/2026

Please intervene and grant the Visa as all my documents are within the requirements.

Regards
Mbuso Mnisi
