Good day Mary-Ann,
You get this message from a fellow South African who have a disdain against apartheid actions and conduct.
For the past 8 years we are fighting and opposing against the Church based social workers. We even took them to court because they have totally destroyed our family and businesses. We then initiate a case in the Constitutional court to report their discriminative policies and unconstitutional conduct.
The respondents bribed an official to dismiss our case.
We filed a petition to parliament and then saw that the Portfolio Committee of Social Development are busy to amend the Children's Act B 18-2020. These amendments includes the apartheid remnant in the children's Act which is illegal.
We are now calling on Parliamentary members to make sure that the apartheid doctrine and laws must be removed from the Children's Act. The SACSSP- South Africa Council for Social Services Professions, was established with Act 110 of 1978 when the apartheid Minister of Welfare gave apartheid authority to the Dutch Reform Church social workers to impose their theological perspective unto society and only they received licenses to do statutory work in children's courts.
We received a High Court guardianship order to raise our grandchildren. Our son in law made a false affidavit and the DRC social worker forcefully and unconstitutionally removed our grandchildren without investigations and alienated them from us. Just because we are Pentecostal people belonging to another church. This conduct was executed by this apartheid authorised social workers for decades. Now that we show evidence about the violations and the authority they have from the apartheid government and take it to court and send it to Parliament they are still trying to be included in the amendments made to the children's Act.
We approach parliament to give instructions to the Constitutional Court to finalised our matter to conclude about the constitutional invalidity in this matters. Kind Regards. Corrie- 0611311232
