DEAR MR MALEMA, I am Mandla mnisi from Limpopo province at Phalaborwa ..kindly request for your help,I'm working at Foskor zirconia mine here in phalaborwa and its been a year and half without any contract signed under schozoloza mine maintenance our company and they keep promising us permanent post under Foskor zirconia while they are busy making profit with us temporary people and we are running production without proper safety wear uniform,no allowances, no bonus wages,also we are getting paid anytime.our boss wanted and when we complain they tell us that they'll dismiss all of us and we are running the plant, we ar operating machine with hourly rate of 23.50 per hour .we don't have minimum wage.sometime we get salary of R4000month or R3900 or R4300 under our payslip they say we are general workers so plz we need a serious help specially during this covid 19 era...reference of Foskor zirconia, Tell 0157892616,fax 0865604396,Email address mphos@foskor.co.za..reference for schozoloza mine maintenance company ,contact boss 0828065983
