Last year September I applied for the change of my Surname in white river Mpumalanga home affairs when I checked in December I was told the application was not captured, I called the head office again in January and I was told it's being processed, in March before the national lock down I checked and they said it's still in process when the president announced the national lock down I patiently waited up until last month October I started calling again and I was told the matter was last attended in January. It's been a year and 2 months now since I applied your staff have not been helpful at all and it's frastrating on my side I don't know which door I must knock on now assist please.
