I hope I will find you well minister. I'm pleading with you to kindly assist me with my visa rectification which has made me a beggar after over a year of waiting for work authorisation. I was on a spouse visa and unfortunately my wife passed away during the peak of Corona in may 2020 and left me a daughter who is turning 12 this coming july(2026).I'm currently on a relative visa(parent) and employed as an electrician but incapacitated for close to one and half years waiting for the rectification out come as per immigration circular 11 of 2024 to allow me to continue work and carry on taking my parental responsibilities for my daughter.
