We have a serious Ambulance crisis in Lephalale at Ellisras hospital, on Friday the 28th of December 2018 I called for an ambulance but I was told that all ambulances went to Polokwane and they will call me back when they return, later on my uncle called them again and he was told that all ambulances in Lephalale had broken down and that a report had since been sent to Modimolle offices regarding broken ambulances.
Again in the early hours of new year's my uncle was badly stabbed and I called for an ambance but was told that it went to Polokwane. I then made a plan to get him to hospital as quick as I could and upon arrival there were ambulances parked asual. When I asked the security officers they told me that they had no idea that ambulances were broken or went to Polokwane as they had seen them roaming around during the day.
This needs serious attention
