I wish to present to you an alternative dual fuel system that will increase fuel economy and decreased carbon emissions to zero percent and other benefits. I wish for you see and understand thd system so that our South African farmers and transport industry can grew. As a representative for transport in our parliament I plea to you. To Let a young unemployable man come and present something that could change the economy to rise by a few notches to the positive side. The ability to hedge job loses and fuel consumption could do great things.
