I went to the Alberton home affairs 3times and still i wasnt assisted i was there since 6am to just collect my ID but they never assisted me. I wasted money for transport for 3 days. I need my ID at school and i have lost lots of opportunities.

Worse part to be assisted you need to pay R150 illegally as a bribe
