I live in the Vaal Triangle and I want to expose agents / third party vendors who overcharge users - In our case, we live in a retirement complex; and management has allowed , with impunity, a third party vendor top overcharge us bulk tariffs by +-13%
He is charging us 18.49% which was Eskoms tariff for 2023-2024 period; whilst our average annual bulk tariff is +- 5.40% (summer / winter avereaged to arrive at an annual tariff) for the 2023-2024 period. Not only that there is also a myriad of extra fees including a 3rd party vendor fee (which is illegal to charge, as they already get a commission from the municipality) .....

We are not the only complex being abused; and I know of others where illegal fees are levied onto the token; against the NERSA guidelines/rules ; but currently NERSA and other players are acting toothless in their non-responsive attitudes ... so not taking ownership of their own rules / regulations giving these abusers impunity to carry on regardless .....

This needs to go to parliament, how do I get this exposed at the highest level in parliament?
