Good morning Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma. You did a sterling job when you were the Chaiperson of the African Union. Your campaign to end child marriages was a success and your legacy is leaving on.

I would like to ask you to speak at our Womens Day Event on 9 August. The theme is Africa 54 Unite. We believe motherhood is the pre-eminent force that can change the world. The hand that rocks the cradle is also the hand that rules the world. We as women have an important role to play in rebuilding Africa as a whole. As a result we are inviting 54 representative from each continent to join us on a human chain at the Union Building. This will be history making. We want you to be the first woman in Africa to launch an event of this magnitude.

It is up to us to unite this continent and restore it to its former glory. I understand that some of the African countries are celebrating 54 years of independence. So the timing to do this event in this style and can only happen this year.

I hope to hear from you. Africa needs this. Let's make it happen!

Regards
