Firstly thank you for exposing all the problems the residents of this home face daily and hopefully the minister Ms Dina Pule of SASSA will follow your "complaints" of conditions in the home.
The reason I am writing to you is to please,if you intend visiting here again,approach a few residents who can bring to your attention the many other problems we face ie the illegal clause in an illiegal contract as regards the full old age grant that is taken from us every month which also happened when covid 19 hit the country,the facility manager,including the previous person and the threats that are made when we complain.
There are many reasons to speak about and we have no recourse to a board member because you are either informed that it has nothing to do with you when you query a large donation made by a bank to replace the leaking roofs of the home and nothing has changed or threatened.
We hope and pray that if and when you receive this "letter" you will consider putting us,the home on your list of visiting?
