Good morning, I need an advice on how does the HR department in the hospital has to do with the decision on the pharmacy and does the decision of the management who does not even know the terms of pharmacy practice in terms of SAPC affects the pharmacy, when they tell the pharmacy staffs not to work overtime telling them to run the pharmacy how ever they want(management). Please advice on that before I disclose the hospital with the situation.
