Honorable Minister I wish to inform you that I am what I am today because of your nobility, leadership qualities, astuteness, motherly love and guidance.

I was one of your Special English (SPEN) students at the then University of Bophuthatswana (UNIBO) back in the early 90s.

My personality trait of an ISTJ, cultural background, and perceived school rules and restrictions deprived me an opportunity to let you know that you were my best lecturer ever.

Finally, I herewith congratulate you Honorable Minister for all your advancements and successes.

Your immense contribution, dedication and allegiance have changed my perceptions about 'politeuma.' If I was a politician I was going to mirror your actions of a managerial leader.
