Honorable Cele
I have been involved in an accident on the 12 of July 2019 in Vryheid Province of Kwazulu Natal. The person who hit me was is alleged to be driving a state car with a registration plate NV 39197. With my visual details I saw that it was a man and he did not stop after the collision.
I have done the Accident Report with the vryheid Police of which I was following Section 61 of the National Road Traffic Act. I have also opened a case for hit and run. I then received a call from another detective on the following day telling me that the person who hit me is a detective stationed at Engoma (KZN) Police station.
I am afraid Honorable they might hide him and destroy the file.
I got the registration on the spot of the collision and with some body part of his car. Ford white ranger.
I am also working for the state in one of Government Department. Time and time government resources are being misused by state agents and no actions are taken.
Kindly assist with necessary steps to make sure that the Law is being implemented for public interest by laying down charges. My car is damaged at the rear back.
now I have prof that he is indeed a Detective and the car is a state car.
I can send more evident related to this matter.
Thank you
Regards
Nkosi N.L
