My question seeks to understand why is it that academics are by-passed opportunities in government to assist departments and municipalities. Your from the North West please visit one of the municipalities of your choice and a government department and let’s talk once you have done so because it seems that the ANC is for distractions of the state, I would recommend you go see the department of education and health in the North West
