Dear Minister Zulu,

I wish that all those people who're paid R350 social relief grand to be given permanent work of collecting refuse on their respective wards, and the payment become at least a R1000, to work one day per week.

All these refuse collecting and street cleaning tenders should be a scratched and discontinued, because those people who're given those tenders, only want to be paid for nothing, in other ways they're looting council funds.

Come to our places and see how our natural environment the way is polluted with garbage thrown everywhere on the road sides, and legal dumping anywhere.

Please think about this, and try to implement it as soon as possible, most especially by starting here in Durban, within eThekwini Municipality.
