I Sandile Franse came and ask for help becuase our children their walking with their foots to School an our community lose alot of many becuase they pay out transport money

Sorry that I talk like this the reason is our children learn by different Schools and they cross the river here the rain is coming how will our children walking over the river I am here in Western Cape Worcester in the new place is called by TRANSHEX
