Honorable sir the department of home affairs in Brakpan is refusing to issue a birth certificate for my two months old daughter simply because her mother is a Zimbabwean despite us being legally married and having provided all necessary and legal documents.The most frustrating part is that they are not giving specific reasons for doing so rather than saying they are still printing it,I must come back in two weeks,or the following day.Its been two months and I am paying everytime I'm being asked to come with my wife or make a phone call hence they keep saying they will call me and never did.I politely request your help and advice going forward/
