Dear Madam

I'm writing this letter to you asking to monitor my child at home due to the pandemic if possible, reason being my child's health together with her education, she has a very weak immune system as 2 months ago was in hospital, she vomited for 2 days and her skin drastically changed, I then call an ambulance luckily she was quickly assisted and I'm greatful, she is a child who started suffering from eczema however it got worsen to a point it extends to Mollesculum Contagious diseases, so as a consent mother will like to request for her to be home school as I'm unemployed and willing to assist her as I've been these past years, her name is Nompilo Booi, age 8 in grade 3,her school is Khaselihle primary school in Mogale City, 6647 Hadebe street, P.O.Box 72 kagiso 2, 1754, tel (011) 410 1098, fax (011) 410 1278 school principal is Mr Miya and her teacher is Mrs Memela, she's been a good learner ever since her grade R stages, she has obtain overall achiever in grade 1 and grade 2 obtain a top learner in Life Skills and still a level 7 student who wishes one day to be a PILOT, with the help of her parents and teachers, will like to continue teaching her at home until this virus disappears, all I ask is for her not to be left behind because of the fear of getting infected, she is a well behaved child however energetic, touchy, playful my fear is not much inside school premises however outside, all I ask if possible with due respect for the school principal to somehow agree for me to part take anyhow, if it cost to fetch work from school everyday to teach her I would, I just wana balance her health and her school work as she is at pain that she won't be studying,
