My name is Chandrin Russouw. I am a South African citizen reside at 55 Kipling Street Observatory/Salt River. I got admission into Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Human Resource Management but got placed in D3 extend. Music and media has been a notable personal media reference since admission into the faculty and has drawn my attention about citizenship which has made it noticeable to people and I have collected it from notable artists music videos;

(The recognition has made their present awkward around me)
There are ten points which I have noticed around the University since 2016

1. The main campus is literally a (Desert)
2. No response from lecturers
3. Lectures vanished off property completely
4. No lectures e-mail/no response or feedback from any given e-mail address
5. V.P.N( Virtual Portal network) is out of order / Blackboard no assistance
6. The faculty (D3 extend department has no contact details and no procedure on how it going to go forth.)
7. The lectures academic name seem to have a personal reference to my High school.
8. Since admission into University. The operation was always unclear(Timesheets, class interaction)
9. Random people locking onto my laptop claiming to be a lecturer but with no title
10. Class session time is (dull) with literally only (10) students attending.
11. I have register to NSFAS since 2016 but there was no procedure placed to finalize (No office)
12. To my knowledge this might be a serious occurrence(Lockout)

The recognition caused abnormal interaction among university peers which has slowed lectures down (Mr. Ntanjana as reference a lecture there as but e-mail doesn’t not response )The reaction among lecturers as a awareness and their interaction and their name which we need to address them is strange .Registering for D3 Human resource management extend has had complications. Last year VPN and Blackboard was out of order and extremely limited access. to email response (The faculty face appearance seem to have gone silent).Registering for D3 this year has been a delayed and Head of department none response. I have contact the local police station to create awareness (Woodstock and Cape Town). I have contacted SAPS and on FACEBOOK and thereafter saw Bheki Cele on Expert Opinion shortly after.Captain Carston contacted me. Mr. Trevor Fisher (Head of Security) was my assistance and verifies that I got clearance but I contacted the head of department for procedure but has no response so far.
