Hi Minister BH Cele. On Friday afternoon my car got hit by a drunk guy who had no license disk, he tried negotiating with me but I insisted that we involve the police because everything about him was out of the law. We then managed to get to the police station, we were attended by a female Sgt, who surprisingly sided with the guy, and when we told her that we were not sertisfied with her service she felt that we undermined her, she started swearing at me, took off her bullet proof jacked after she saw that I was recording Her she attempted to beat me. Now the drunk guy I brought right handed to their police station with no lisence disk they let him go, I can't trace him his number is unavailable, his number plate is invalid, a station commander I spoke to said am am mixing two different things that is a criminal and a civil case, but am wondering if how would I continue with my civil case if they couldn't do their part for criminal case now the guy is gone how am I supposed to trace him?

Please assist me in this matter ASAP. I have recordings, names and pictures of all this saga.
