We are having a LABOUR COURT case at LABOUR COURT. But lawyers just withdraw from this matter. When we report them at LAW SOCIETY of northern province. We Are told lawyers have a rights to withdraw from the case, even though we paid him R1000 each of us we are 8.
So minister we just seek justice.
We were fired because we join a trade UNION. The matter started a MEIBC THEY said they don't have a jurisdictions because we were fired because we join a UNION therefore LABOUR COURT have a jurisdictions.

We were given probono attorney by the name Helena strijdom, she withdraw from this matter, we find another lawyer called Thando Faku attorneys, we paid him R1000 each of us. He promised to win this case, he also withdraw. We suspect they have developed a special relationship with our company. After they withdraw.
