Firstly i would like to introduce myself to you as MR Tshepo in Hammanskraal, Pretoria at the village called "Ramaphosa".As it is always said "protocol observed" whether i'm in line with the term, my sincere apology.
Pres M C Ramaphosa i wrote this e-mail to you as i had a dream last night the 10th of Sep 2019 were there was a meeting in Hammanskraal offices for youth league were by the president was to also attend the meeting. to my surprise i was also among those who attended the meeting as i do not normally attend meetings ever since there were threats made to some of the panel members in the years back. 
As my dream transpires, The Pres. MC Ramaphosa arrived as mentioned and the  Chairperson of the meeting started the meeting and she asked the members to tell the president issue concerning everything in and around South Africa as they proceeded with their issues i stood back and waited as i was not a panel member and listened to their stories until an hour pass without any progressive idea and the Chairperson asked if there's anyone who has any thing to say, then i stood up and ask to all members who were present that:i, is employment our issue at the moment? and my answer was NO.ii, Is the allocation of RDP houses our main issue? and again my answer was NO.iii, is service delivery an issue? also my answer was NO.
And then The President asked me "as you said those are not the issues" what are your issues. then i replied and say "Dr Cyril. the government is failing the country as a whole do to lack of communication and procedural manner. as you are the main commander of all organisation in the country please do call up a meeting with all the leaders and discuss the crises the the country is facing at the moment and stand firm on the ground rules.
To me life cycle is broken and need to be fix back in to shape by those who are in control. by saying this, i do not really know the procedure, roles and responsibilities of all sites in the government but those who know they can shape a way for the whole nation.
i could not say more in this e-mail. but if i was given a opportunity to sit with the President an explain the exact dream, i believe a great solution can emerge from the discussion. I have burning Question and Answers also with strategy to save the falling of the country and not saying i know better but i'm worried about the future of our country. As a citizen to Republic of South Africa, I say "Nkosi sikelela Iafrika" bring peace in our land once more.
