My name is Maburwane Mokoena, I completed my matric in 2017 and performed very well. I was one of the top 20 matriculants in Mpumalanga who made it to the provincial level to receive awards. Mpumalanga department of education promised us (the matriculants who made it to the provincial level of Mpumalanga) R10 000 each for our performance. I am disappointed to inform you that until this day I have not received that amount of money. I am writing this complaint so as to inform people and the minister herself that the provincial department of education should not make promises which they cannot keep and I would like an investigation to be conducted as I have tried more than 10 times to contact the department of education under Mpumalanga province, even called their head office but no one managed to assist me.
