Good morning

My name is Sbongokuhle Nxumalo I am from Osizweni Newcastle.My mother was assaulted by a boy who is 19 years of age.She opened a case at Osizweni police station and since then she has been receiving messages that the case is postponed up until yesterday she received an SMS that says the case is closed.
Apparently the father of this child is the police.I need help on this.We can't have criminals moving around freely and breaking the law like nothing has happened.
