I have been waiting for my ID for 7 months, and I have sent repeated emails to request the status of my application. The usual reply is given, 'Please take note that the ID application is still being processed' and 'Please get in touch with us again in two weeks to provide an update on your progress.'

As you are aware, one cannot perform any actions without an ID (e.g., basic services, banking, etc.).

I urgently request your response to this matter.
