5year old boy been rape 2 times,both cases been NOLLE.Child endangerment/neglect case also nolle by same prosecutor. The justice system fails this boy 3times and he is just 5 years old.1st rape was when he was 34 months old. You government is the biggest failure that ever could exist. After every rape the boy is been places back into that same environment in mothers care where it happens. You Mr police commissioner is the biggest failure in that little boys life.dep of health ,dep of justice, dep of social development you all failed him.just a little innocent boy who needed help and the fact that he knows the perpetrators and even tells his mother and grandma but nothings been done the police and all the officials who laid down there oath failed this little innocent boy.
