SA GOVERNMENT SHOULD HAVE A 50 YEAR PLAN for sa, ENSURE CONTINUITY OF THE PLAN IN FUTURE ADMISITRATIONS


INTEGRATED GOVERNMENT IT SYSTEMS -
1. POLICE STATIONS – (Paperless Data capturing system connected to COURT SYSTEM)
a. Timelines status on logged case status
b. Investigation status on logged cases
c. Track cost to state of each case and assign that cost to the crime perpetrator.
d. Police station Realtime access to Court status on logged cases
e. Dockets logged using Biometric identification of bothat data capturer and complainan(customer). Categorize the alleged crime at docket leve for easy stats realtime repoting
f. Realtime tracking of categorized crime(Office of president has Realtime data of crime by area and able to allocate resources efficiently and promptly)

2. MAGISTRATE COURTS
• Track court case management efficiency.
• Track cost to state of each case and assign that cost to the crime perpetrator.
• Magistrate court have Realtime access to police station docket and investigation data

3. CLINICS/HOSPITALS
a. BIOMETRIC tracking of everyone in clinic/hospital to track patient attendance/waiting time.
b. Use Biometric tracking of patients and staff for Realtime tracking of hospital/clinic patient to staff ratio in order to dertemine where to deploy resources
c. Track all crime related admissions.
d. Track all road accident related admissions – connected to RAF for Realtime data analysis and spend forecasting.
e. No admission to government facilities without Biometric identification
f. Paperless Data capturing system connected to MAIN GOVERNMENT SYSTEM
g. Track cost to state of each criminal admission case and assign that cost to the crime perpetrator.

4. PRISONS
a. CCTV monitoring of whole prison
b. BIOMETRIC tracking of everyone in prison system
c. Paperless Data capturing system connected to MAIN SYSTEM
d. While in prison, all prisoners should work in government institutions(agriculture/manufacturing of goods to recoup the crime cost to state/TAXPAYERS) No release until cost to taxpayers/state are paid up by their labour.

1. Government should flood crime hotspots with army IMMEDIATELY
1. Government should deploy army to crime hotspots for 1 to 5 years – we will gladly pay for the cost of deployment as TAXPAYERS

2. GOVERNMENT should immediately install CCTV cameras in Crime hotspots. We will gladly pay for such as taxpayers

3. GOVERNMENT should build more TECHNICAL SCHOOLS, PROVIDE technical skills to youth.. Economy needs these skills to grow. We will pay for such as taxpayers

4. Government SHOULD IMMEATELY make sure that DATA/INTERNET access fees are low for all to make a living online as there are endless money opportunities online.
GOVERNMENT should IMMEDIATELY implement ticketing system in all government service institutions like
• Hospitals/Clinics
• Police stations – case number and status to be communicated digitally to customer phone
• Home Affairs
This will increase service levels and community confidence in government deliver. APPLY DATA ANALYTICS TO MONITOR SERVICE LEVELS ETC. This is doable in first 100 days

5. GOVERNMENT should immediately instruct/require/legislate all businesses that open accounts for consumers to use
Biometric identification system for both online and physical interaction. Capitec is doing it successfully. All clothing/furniture/financial institutions should implement same or better Idententity system to combat Identity theft and selling of personal data.

These are all low hanging fruits and easily measurable do-able’s for government in the next 100 days
