Why is it that if you serve more than 12 years in your rank in the SANDF you don't qualify for the 2% progression increase. It is said it was decided on parliament level. When you have an average or above average performance score of 100% then you qualify. But this is only applicable if you serve up to 12 years in your rank in the SANDF. I'm currently served 20 years in my rank, give more than what is expected, but just for the mere fact that I am over 12 years in my rank I don't qualify. They discriminate for long serving members. So they actually implicate now your served your 12 years you are not worth of the 2 % progression. But you served your country with blood sweat and tears. And called it a parliament discision. So you loose on your salary and pension and others pass you financially because of a decision made by members, and you must stay strong and serve your country.
