The project to better the roads has had many tenders and each time a different excuses, money stolen, weather conditions etc etc and now we are in a situation with school kids using this road from ( Main road from Lenasia to Eikenhoff coming pass the Jackson informal settlement into Kiblerpark, its that main road passing all the farms etc)
The road is undriveable, drivers have no lane to drive on ,accidents daily, potholes have become sinkhole, there is no lights on these roads and when contacting arrive alive and all the roads agency depts, not one person has called back or cared about the lives of the people.Each Concillor contacted had the same story, next week, 2 weeks, money for budget is not there etc and for 2 years we have had absolutely no care regarding our safety and how we get to work daily ...these roads are a risk to all road users.please help us
