I'm writing here with a very disturbed and shockingly disbelief. We are failing South African kids in terms of education. There are two schools in Secunda (Sizwakele and Kusasalethu) where the pass rate is less than 5% and the teachers are not alarmed by this. Instead they blame the kids. You can not have 90% failure rate and fail to see that you are the problem as a teacher. Kids here don't have books, teachers are full of bad attitude when we approach them.

This is unacceptable and I am requesting that you look into this matter urgently.
