Good morning.

Kalafong ICU is in a disastrous situation.Staff are not paid overtime.both hospital and Agency.Sundays and Night duty allowance as well.There is shortage of staff and Management does not do anything about this problem.Patient care is compromised.Management is fully aware but nothing is done.

The ceiling is collapsing on the patients and staff.Nobody cares.It has been reported several times nothing is done.
