Hi Leon ; Have you ever tried to call the "PLEASE CONTACT THE HOME AFFAIRS CALL CENTRE (HACC) ON 0800 60 11 90"
1 month and still trying.......I think you need to look at yourself in the mirror and say Do the people deserve this kind of service. Its the basics of basics to have a functioning call center. How do you not know that ? Or do you expect us to take a day/s off work and go to one of the non functioning offices and spend the whole day in a que to be told the System is "off line" and come back next week.
